1990s Rapper Hire Costume*

Hip-hop was huge in the late 80s & early 90s.  If you’re a vanilla-coloured dude, Robert Van Winkle (a.k.a. Vanilla Ice) made it A-OK for you to rhyme.  Then The Offspring (Pretty Fly for a White Guy) kinda ruined it for you in 1998, but you’d already had a pretty good run by then. Costume-wise, it was really all about the crazy pants & the bling.
